Terms of Membership

  In consideration of being permitted to participate in Lake Conroe Sailing  Association (LCSA) events and being fully knowledgeable in the risks of  sailing and that it is the sole responsibility of each Skipper to start  or continue an event. 

  I voluntarily assume the risk of each participation for myself, my  family, my crew and guests and agree to hold harmless and indemnify  against any and all losses and or claims incidental to the event, LCSA,  it's officers, members or persons conducting or sponsoring this event.

  We will not share your personal information with other companies or  individuals outside of the Lake Conroe Sailing Association without your  prior consent.
